Travel Update: Coronavirus

FCM is monitoring the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the impact on business travellers and will continue to keep clients informed during this active situation.

Our Travel Consultants are proactively checking upcoming trips and will update travellers affected. Customers concerned about upcoming trips or looking to cancel or rebook any travel should contact their dedicated Travel Consultant, Account Manager, or 24/7 Emergency Assist.
Travellers are advised to download FCM's SAM app to stay updated on all travel disruptions, and customers can use FCM Secure - our online global security tracking and reporting tool - to keep track of health advisories issued by WorldAware and to locate travellers.
