Our FCM Global Management Team is comprised of dedicated leaders who are passionate about business travel management, travel technology, and delivering a high level of customer service across the globe.
Head of Operations
Julie’s extensive experience ensures she is well-placed to drive operational excellence within the FCM brand. Julie believes the foundation of successfully implementing a new customer is understanding what the client’s needs are from the outset and everyone working towards the same goal. It is integral for all the different departments within FCM to be involved, from finance and technology, to systems and data specialists.
Since joining Flight Centre Travel Group in 2016, Eve has gained experience across both the leisure and corporate businesses, in disciplines ranging from sales to supplier management. Before joining corporate marketing, Eve was Business Manager for the Corporate Executive Team, who lead the business globally. As marketing manager, she is responsible for deploying global strategy and managing regional activity in UKI.
Head of Account Management - Scotland
Aberdeen-based Paul began his FCM career in local account management, and in his current role leads a team of Account Managers in the region. Paul specialises in successfully overseeing complex global customer implementations, in order to make the experience a seamless introduction to FCM. His experience in aligning customer priorities and their travel programme articulates the FCM experience. Outside of work, Paul is a keen footballer, having been capped for Scotland in his U20 days.
Head of Account Management - England
Dusko has headed up the Account Management team in England since 2013, having come from over a decade of experience in the hotel industry. His consistent and relentless approach to building excellent customer relationships was recognised in 2016, when Dusko won the People Awards Account Manager of the year. A large part of his current role is leading the relationship with two large global customers, working in partnership with the client and the global network of FCM Account Managers.
Graham’s background is rich in experience from both the leisure and corporate areas of the industry, with a history of roles spanning operations, account management and sales. This ideally places him to spearhead FCM’s consultative approach to designing and future-proofing travel programmes. Intrinsically a people-person and actively involved in key industry organisations, Graham has a fresh, forward-thinking attitude and a tangible passion for the corporate travel sector.
Director of Supply, Content & Distribution - Europe
Mick has been with Flight Centre Travel Group for over 15 years, joining from a background in the airline industry. His varied career has always been focused on building excellent supplier relationships, both in his previous roles as UK Head of Aviation, and later as his remit expanded across Europe and to include ground product (hotel, car and rail). Mick is now responsible for all aspects of our supplier relations, content and distribution for our leisure and corporate businesses across Europe, ensuring that the group spearheads innovative content and supports industry initiatives such as NDC.
Customer Delivery Leader EMEA
Ryan has built his decade long career with FCM on a deep understanding of customer needs, from starting as a consultant and later progressing to his current specialism in customer delivery and implementation. He is responsible for the swift and successful onboarding of new customers, encompassing their technology, support and training, across EMEA.
FCM Europe Management Team
Managing Director, EMEA
Steve Norris joined Flight Centre as a leisure travel consultant in Uxbridge progressing to store manager over the next three years. In 2005 moved to the UK head office as Head of Land Product, progressing to Group Marketing Director for UK corporate and retail. In 2009, Steve was appointed General Manager Flight Centre UK and in 2011 he was promoted to Corporate MD EMEA responsible for Flight Centre’s business travel divisions. Over the next eight years, under his stewardship, both FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller achieved major growth, winning and retaining significant new customers, to become dominant TMCs in their respective markets. In January 2020, he took over his current role as Managing Director of Flight Centre’s EMEA, with overall responsibility for both the leisure and corporate businesses.
FCM Europe Head of Sales
Jo Greenfield first joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 1999 as a leisure consultant and her 20-year career with the company has spanned diverse leisure and business travel leadership roles. She was appointed General Manager of FCM UK & Ireland in 2012, and spearheaded the evolution of FCM over six years. Under her leadership, FCM UKI doubled turnover and established itself as a truly global player in the TMC market. Jo spent 18 months leading FCTG’s Corporate Land division through transformational change, before returning to FCM in 2020 to lead European sales.
FCM Europe Head of Operations
Andrew Boxall started his career at Flight Centre Travel Group in late 1997 as a retail travel consultant in Brisbane. Andrew continued to gain experience in more senior positions across a number of business areas, achieving the Managing Director role for the FCM businesses in the UAE. This international experience stood Andrew in good stead to take on the leadership of FCTG’s European operational interests in 2018, a growing business that now includes, Ireland, France, Switzerland Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
FCM Europe CFO
Gary Hibberd began his Flight Centre Travel Group career in 2014, bringing his financial training to the organisation. In the subsequent years, Gary has predominantly worked across the European business in various roles, culminating as Emerging Europe Finance Director. Gary is now the FCM Europe CFO, driving commercial models and taking responsibility for the commercial profitability of FCM’s equity markets across Europe by taking leadership of the European finance team.
FCM Europe Head of Technology
David has over ten years of senior management experience with Flight Centre Travel Group, and came across to the Corporate Business after a successful tenure leading the group’s retail business in UKI. He is now the CTO for EMEA, and has overseen the launch of multiple projects including deploying SAM :] in Corporate Traveller, and the successful implementation of several of the largest customers in FCM’s history. David works closely with global technology leadership to ensure sharing of best practice.

Global Managing Director
With a depth of experience in the travel industry, Marcus brings a wealth of business, operational and industry knowledge to his role. Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
Global Sales Director
As Global Sales Leader, Alex is focused on strategy development for FCM's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.
Global Account Management Director
Scott has over 16 years in the travel industry and has worked across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before moving into the corporate sector. The Global Director of Account Management role will engage with multi-national clients at all levels to deliver corporate travel solutions ensuring high customer satisfaction, growth and retention. The role is pivotal in understanding our customer’s needs and continuously evolving the travel management offering to add value to clients.
Global Marketing Director
Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 4 years and comes from a string of key marketing positions within the Private Healthcare, International Auctioneers and Charity sectors. Scott is responsible for managing FCM's marketing strategy, global marketing, communication and public relations activity. Scott will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets that we operate.
Global Implementation Director
Shaun’s experience in the travel industry spans more than 15 years, with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. As Global Implementation Director, he oversees FCM’s strategy, processes, and teams from the moment we onboard a customer through to how we service them operationally. Shaun holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia.
Global Product Director
Cesc accumulates more than 15 years of experience designing and managing digital products. Before joining the travel industry, he worked for 10 years years in the video-game industry working as UX designer, product manager and creative director in different start-ups. In 2014, Cesc co-founded Sam :] , the award winning digital assistant that FlightCentre acquired on 2017. Since then, Cesc has been working to apply the same principles that made Sam :] a success to the whole FCM digital experience.
