But just how flexible are your tickets? And how can you avoid complicated cancellation, rebooking or refund policies? The good news is that some of the biggest names in air travel, including Air France, KLM, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Singapore and Etihad Airways, are offering full refunds on any tickets booked with them over the coming months. We’ve rounded up some of the most flexible airlines below to help you plan your next business trip with peace of mind.

Air France and KLM
Air France and KLM serve European destinations via their hubs in Paris (CDG) and Amsterdam (AMS). Travelling to the Americas? This airline partnership also offers some of the best options for flexible tickets to the Americas.
Ts&Cs: Air France & KLM: All reservations booked before 31 March 2022, to travel before 31 March 2022.
Emirates
Emirates operates between Manchester, London and Dubai and then onwards to destinations including the far east, Africa and Australia.
Ts&Cs: Valid on all flights booked and travelled until 31 May 2022.

Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways is the largest airline to have flown consistently throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. It currently serves over 85 destinations via their hub in Doha (DOH) and has the most expansive eastbound route.
Ts&Cs: Full refund eligible where flight has been cancelled, passenger has tested positive for COVID-19, and/or there are government restrictions in place for travel. Valid on all flights booked before and to travel by 31 March 2022.
Singapore
Singapore Airlines operates between London, Manchester and Singapore, and then onwards to destinations including the far east and Australia.
Ts&Cs: Valid on all flights booked before 30 Jun 2022, travel within GDS range.

Etihad Airways
Etihad operates between London and Abu Dhabi, and then onwards to over 50 destinations including Asia, Australia, the Middle East and North America. Covid-19 PCR tests are mandatory when travelling with Etihad, and you must bring proof of your test results with you on your trip.
