What to expect from us
Jo Greenfield, European Head of Sales
It's great to see everyone travelling again! What a difference we've already seen in the European travel industry since the last Business Travel Show. It comes with its challenges, but it's exciting to see recovery picking up after a tough few years.
Technology has been a big focus at FCM over the last few months. With the launch of FCM Platform and some exciting features, myself and the team are looking forward to demoing the latest updates with you in person.
Our people also remain key to our success. With Jo Lloyd joining our array of brilliant talent and spearheading our account management team, there's lots of exciting developments to come that will benefit our current and new customers.
So much potential for both technology and people...it's the FCM way. As always, we have lots to talk about and we're always here to help with whatever challenges and opportunities you have in your company's business travel.
I especially hope we see more of our European friends at the show this year, now restrictions have eased.
