    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Demonstration of products available for clients.
    • Provide information, literature relevant information to clients.

    • Identify the new corporate and increase the corporate line and give presentation to the new corporate about the company.

    • Submission of customer’s bills as per contract basis and verify transaction fee and prepare the business statement as per company norms.
    • To be achieve of the collection targets and recovering of outstanding dues by the Marketing Team, consistently verifying the ageing of Customers. Working on bad debts and interest as per company norms.
    • Monitoring of issuance of debit/credit notes to the customers; Responsible for checking the credit limits. Accountable for other functions related to receivables management, payment/ receipts of the marketing team & front office staff.
    • Responsible for Debtor’s Query.
    • Reconcile different Accounts

  • Job Title: Travel Consultant/ Senior Travel Consultant- FCM/CT

    Location: - Mumbai/ Delhi - NCR

    Positions: 3

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Assist clients in finding best International and Domestic travel deals as per their needs
    • Assist clients with reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations
    • Provide alternatives for customer travel
    • Book domestic and international reservations for air travel, rail tickets, hotel and car rentals
    • Follow SLA assigned
    • Monitor and sort global distribution system (GDS) queues to maintain quality
    • Stay educated on airline rules, regulations and current affairs
    • Assist interoffice departments to fulfill client requirement like (MIS)
    • Assist finance for recovering debt from client
    • Must be hands on with working out International Fares and routings and Visa processing Knowledge.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Must be Graduate 
    • Good hold on CRS (Amadeus)
    • Understanding of the travel industry and the norms related to Visas and Passport
    • Good communication skills with customer hold
    • Must have 3-6 yrs. of Experience in both International & Domestic Travel/Ticketing
