Small Meeting Solution – Sales Meet
  • Regional Sales meet in small groups across 3 cities (3 groups of 20 pax each) – Neemrana , Chennai and Pondicherry
  • Overnight stay  was to be arranged for the client with utmost safety and hygiene at the following hotels:
  1. Neemrana Fort in Neemrana
  2. Atithi TGI Grand in Pondicherry
  3. Taj Club House in Chennai
  • The aim of the client’s sales meet was to define the business objectives. After a long hiatus, the client also needed an in-person team catch up to set targets and build the sales strategy for coming months
  • Seamless conduction of the sales meet with technical support and F&B arrangements was needed
  • The client was very particular about the safety protocols related to COVID-19 as it was the company’s first meet after a long time

The perfect conference experience began with great choice of venues which offered all-inclusive services, so there was no need to go off-site for meals or meetings

FCM Meetings & Events successfully delivered a two-day sales meet for 3 small groups of 20 pax each at three cities, consisting of breakout sessions, conference venue facility, food and beverage arrangements

Our end to end solution for the client included car transfers to the hotel for the client, accommodation, conference facility and F&B arrangements for the sales meet with all safety precautions and protocols in place

By working closely with the client and preferred suppliers, the small meeting format was successfully rolled out to the client
