As borders open up, restrictions ease and business travel resumes, traveller enablement has become a critical focal point for many corporate travel programmes.
Building a solid return to travel framework which focuses on the end-to-end traveller experience that includes travellers’ safety, health, wellness, convenience, and ease of travel will remain as priority for many businesses but so too is business continuity.
Join our Senior Director of Consulting Joanne Taylor and Chief Business Officer Scott Reddie for an insightful sharing on how to create a robust framework that balances both sides of the equation so that neither your business nor people are left behind. We’ll uncover the critical travel enablers that will not only drive your success in the immediate short-term but prepare your programme with the agility required for a long-term outlook and management.
- New ways to minimise risk and control spend for your travel policy
- Effective ways to optimise your programme through supplier management and reporting
- Pain points of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and how you can integrate them harmoniously into your programmes
- Technology and process innovation trends and insights that will help you to evolve your travel programme
