Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.

Joanne is an accomplished global procurement, sales and account management professional with over 20 years of experience in the travel, energy & resource industries. She oversees the full spectrum of account management for customers across Asia in her role as the Senior Director of Account Management. Before joining FCM, Joanne held prominent positions in large MNCs such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Qantas Airways and Japan Airlines. Her areas of expertise includes supplier relationship management, spend optimisation, and change management initiatives, to help drive performance and tighten compliance.

Jade is the Strategic Head of Marketing for Asia, having joined the Asia team in February 2019 from Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) in The Americas where she worked on 6 FCTG corporate brands with a principal focus on the strategy for FCM Travel Solutions . Before coming to Asia, Jade gained extensive B2B and B2C travel industry experience in the UK and US. In her current role, Jade is responsible for accelerating and driving acquisition, supporting the sales cycle and encouraging retention of current businesses across Asia equity and partner markets.

To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.
