Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.

Timothy is the Regional CFO for Asia having started with FCM in January of 2019. Prior to working for FCM he had his own business in the insurance industry. He is new to the industry having spent his entire career in the financial services industry (Insurance) with some of the worlds biggest Risk Management and Insurance companies (Aon, Mitsui Sumitomo, Promina Group and RSA). His career has been varied from holding positions as the CEO of his own company to having led global businesses in roles ranging from COO, CFO, Strategy, Portfolio Management and Innovation.

Scott has over 16 years of experience in the travel industry with diverse roles spanning across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before he moved into the corporate travel sector. As Chief Business Officer with a solid understanding of multiple markets including Australia, Americas and Asia, Scott will engage with multi-national clients at all levels to deliver corporate travel solutions. The role will see him drive customer satisfaction, growth and retention through the continuous evolution of travel management offerings to add value to clients.

Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, Anna as HR Director establishes and develops HR teams and infrastructure to effectively support business growth. She leads her team from recruitment and talent management to organisational development, diversity and inclusion, and training and development across FCM Asia’s four equity markets. Anna is also a passionate advocate in developing the role of women employees and leaders in the workplace and currently leads the Womenwise chapter in Asia.

As Director of Marketing for Asia, Henry will spearhead marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive growth across the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, mainland China and Japan. Before coming to Asia, Henry spent six years with Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) in the UK and US, accumulating a wealth of experience across diverse roles from customer experience, business development to corporate marketing.

As Chief Information Officer for FCM Travel in Asia, Abdel leads the company’s security and Information Technology practices. He oversees the company’s strategic IT investments and optimises the IT footprint to ensure its global technology and security efforts is aligned with FCM’s business strategy and long-term goals. Abdel is passionate about leading his team by example to deliver end-to-end innovations with high quality of service to stakeholders from customers to various business units. Prior to joining FCM, Abdel spent 16 years in Information Technology roles in the financial and insurance sectors and was most recently Credit Agricole CIB’s Head of Banking IT Applications for Asia-Pacific.

Calvin is the General Manager for China and is currently responsible for driving the company’s business in the mainland through strategic and digital transformation, as well as increasing growth in managed travel through new wins and implementation of multinational and national businesses. His career to date spanned 14 years in various finance and strategy positions including audit, tax and treasury, financial reporting, planning and analysis, as well as M&A and organisational transformation.

With over 20 years of experience in Sony Corporation spanning diverse roles across the globe in multiple markets including Japan, Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, he brings a solid understanding of best practices that will be critical to developing strategic local supplier relationships and expanding FCM’s customer base in Japan.
