She is a German national based in Mexico with more than 20 years in the Travel Industry.

Her experience in the travel industry includes Operations, Account Mangement, Implementations, Customer Relations, Sales, Product Offerings and Negotiations with key industry vendors. She has leveraged this knowledge at the regional level as Director consolidating the NETWORK of FCM Travel Solutions in the Latin American and Caribbean markets with a presence in more than 18 countries.

From March 1, 2020 she was appointed President for FCTG Mexico Group and Latam Network.

Professional of 33 years of which he has assigned more than 10 to corporate tourism. He holds a degree in Tourism Business Administration and an MBA from the UNAM, specializing in International Business. He has national and international experience, starting with professional internships in Barcelona, Spain, and later in Quintana Roo, in public relations and customer service positions. He has developed his knowledge and experience in corporate travel at CDMX, where he has worked at various TMC (Travel Management Companies) for more than 9 years. He began his career at FCM in October 2019, in which he has had a major development, going through positions such as Corporate Sales Management, Account Management Management, and currently as Brand Leader of FCM Mexico.

Laura began her career at Flight Centre Travel Group in 2007 as a group executive. In 2010 she took responsibility as a MICE Manager and in 2017 she oversaw cievents brand in Mexico, leading the brand not only to a global standardization of service but to high levels of success. Her great dynamism and flexibility to change coupled with her more than 14 years in the travel industry and her extensive experience organizing events, congresses, conventions and product launches, Laura has managed to develop comprehensive solutions for technological innovation and personification of services offered by cievents, making her offer an important differentiator in the meeting industry. Graduated from the career of Tourism Administration with a specialization in Gastronomy, Laura has managed to build solid teamwork with a common purpose "The customer as the center of everything" developing strategies that become success stories. Passionate about events, gastronomy, and travel, which she likes her collaboration in cievents the most is to be a means to build ideas and turn them into reality.

Paola has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Externado de Colombia University (Bogota, Colombia) and MBA from Eada Business School (Barcelona, Spain) and PUCP (Lima, Peru). With more than 10 years of experience in the travel industry, including the entertainment sector, hotel chain, online travel agency and travel management consultant. Her experience has been international, started in Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL and continued working in regional positions in Despegar.com for Central America and now in FCM as a regional sales leader for all Latinamerica markets. As a frequent traveler, she is passionate about travel and loves to share experiences in a multicultural environment. Food lover, one reason for moving to Mexico, 4 years ago, from her beloved hometown Bogota.

Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Jo has been in corporate travel all through her career, and has gained extensive knowledge and experience across a number of sectors within it. Working in a TMC environment for over fifteen years is where her knowledge and influence was developed as an innovator in developing preferred supplier managed programmes. Jo then moved to numerous interim consulting roles from ACTE as Regional Director for EMEA where she focused on industry education to setting up the Global Corporate Sales department for Qatar Airways in Doha before founding Nina & Pinta Consulting Services. Nina & Pinta was a consulting firm specializing in the travel space with 2 distinct divisions. Jo’s consulting projects at Nina & Pinta ranged from working with corporations in procurement on corporate travel programmes focusing on programme efficiency and optimization to developing training workshops that include sales effectiveness, negotiations training and working with procurement. Jo has also written numerous white papers in conjunction with the UK Business Travel Association on TMC pricing and RFP processes. Jo joined FCM Travel in October 2021, and from January 2022 Nina and Pinta will also integrate into the FCM business.

To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.

Before joining the travel industry, he worked for 10 years years in the video-game industry working as UX designer, product manager and creative director in different start-ups. In 2014, Cesc co-founded Sam :] , the award winning digital assistant that FlightCentre acquired on 2017. Since then, Cesc has been working to apply the same principles that made Sam :] a success to the whole FCM digital experience.
