Now in it's seventh year, the annual Business Travel Tech Talk London enables corporate travel buyers to network, discuss industry trends and developments, and learn about new technologies for managing business travel.
This year there were presentations from FCM's John Morhous, as well as a chance to meet other members of the FCM team. Read our blog for a full round-up of BTN Tech Talk 2018.
The Business Travel Conference has been a key feature in the business travel world since 2007, taking place over two days.
FCM and 60 other leading business travel suppliers attended the event this year. It's a conference that is known to retain a intimate atmosphere for networking, learning and thought provoking keynote sections from leading industry speakers. Our very own Paul Jarvie, Head of Account Management, also participated in the 'Do behave! Getting your travellers to comply with travel policy' keynote on Tuesday 11th September.
So many businesses neglect their travel programme - if it's been in place a while, you probably think you don't need to worry about it. But without regular maintenance and tweaking, your travel programme may no longer be fit for purpose. Reviewing your travel programme with the best tools, technology and data will make it more efficient and help ensure you're getting the maximum value.
The webinar "Improving programme performance using technology and data", in partnership with BTiQ, included insights from our Chief Experience Officer, John Morhous, and tips on how to improve your travellers' experience. If you missed it, click the link below to listen online.
