FCM promotes Graham Ross to UK General Manager - Jo Greenfield appointed Corporate Land Leader Europe for Flight Centre
FCM Travel Solutions has promoted Head of UK Sales Graham Ross to the position of UK General Manager. He assumes the role from Jo Greenfield who has been appointed as parent company Flight Centre Travel Group’s Corporate Land Leader – Europe. Both take up their new roles as of 24th April 2019.
Graham Ross joined FCM as UK Sales Director in 2012, bringing some 12 years corporate travel experience to the company. In 2015 he was promoted to Head of UK Sales, when he also became a member of FCM’s senior management team.
In this role he was responsible for leading the TMC’s team of UK-based business development managers. Under his stewardship, the team has not only secured significant national new business, but also successfully driven major multi-national client wins out of the UK.
Ross is also an Advisory Board Member of Business Travel iQ and a Committee Member of the Institute of Travel Management.
As a result of his commitment to organisations such as these, he has also played a key part in growing industry recognition of FCM’s stature in the market, its innovative technology solutions and customer-focused servicing model.
Jo Greenfield first joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 1999 as a leisure consultant and her 20-year career with the company has spanned diverse leisure and business travel leadership roles.
She was appointed General Manager of FCM UK & Ireland in 2012, and has spearheaded the transformation of FCM over the last six years. Under her leadership, FCM UK has doubled turnover and established itself as a truly global player in the TMC market.
In her new role, Jo Greenfield will be responsible for driving development of Flight Centre’s product offering and travel content strategy, not only for FCM but for all its corporate brands across Europe.
