Crowdstrike outage 

A technical issue with Crowdstrike is affecting several industries and global companies including airports, airlines, GDSs Cvent and other travel systems. Crowdstrike is working on updates but there is no estimated time of resolution. FCM Travel is closely monitoring the situation and working with our vendors to ensure that all services are fully restored as quickly as possible. 

For those due to travel today Friday 19th July 2024, we advise that travellers check the status of their flight with their airline. Our team are available to assist and rebook any affected travellers. 

FCM’s travel consultants are still available to help 24/7. However, please only contact if your travel is within the next 24-48h as our consultants are extremely busy. Please note that in certain markets our consultants capabilities to service your request may also be impacted by this system outage. 

Emergencies: We are prioritising emergency calls and would advise that only travellers in an emergency contact the team for assistance while this outage is being resolved.  

Non-emergencies: Our teams are still available on email and over the phone, but you may experience longer waiting times.
