Business Travel Consultant for our office in Zaventem
As a Business Travel Consultant, you give tailor-made advice to business clients.
Whether it is about an airline ticket, train journey, hotels, insurance, Covid guidelines, ... You know how to find the right way and you immerse yourself in the customer's wishes. Your courage to think "differently" is appreciated.

In Belgium, we have 4 offices where colleagues work for all divisions. In 2021 FCM received a completely new trendy house style that fits the innovative company that we are. At FCM you'll interactively learn new technology, chat with our clients and prepare their business trips. You will be part of a team of employees who spend their time looking for that perfect hotel or the best deal on a flight.
We have an extensive training programme that will introduce you to all aspects of business travel. We are looking for those individuals who make it their mission to provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our business travellers. We encourage our corporate travel agents to study the travel policies of our corporate accounts and build a relationship with them so that when our valued business travelers need business travel arrangements, they can be assured that their business travel needs are in the hands of a dedicated team at FCM

What this great job entails
Using our advanced technology, you will be responsible for providing advice and booking trips and all related products that meet our clients' expectations.
As the ultimate manager of your files, you will manage them from A to Z.
You manage systems in the field of reservation/communication such as the GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) and associated applications such as the well-known office package systems.
Who are we looking for
- Skilled in the use of a computer and various software packages
- Service-minded and excellent commercial feeling
- You can take decisions and you have problem solving skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a must!
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player with good communication skills
- You have a bachelor or master degree in tourism or equivalent through experience.
- In an International environment, you speak several languages: FR and EN and NL.
- Working under pressure is no problem for you.
- Knowledge of different travel relevant systems and Amadeus/Galileo are important.
- Punctuality, orderliness and a good sense of humour make you our ideal colleague!
