Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.

Ryan has been with Flight Centre for over 15 years, starting in London and becoming a key part of FCM's corporate business since 2012. His career has seen him rise from Travel Consultant to an Operational Leader and global manager of Customer Onboarding, where he oversaw the onboarding of over 350 corporate clients. Ryan led operations in the EMEA region before shifting focus to Asia, driving success and growth through strategic initiatives, even during COVID-19. His leadership has earned him several awards, including the EMEA Director’s Award and Global Achievement Award in 2023. Ryan's deep industry experience and commitment to a customer-centric approach keep the customer journey front and center for his team.

Saima holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore, where she continues to actively bridge the gap between industry and academia, and contributes to grooming the next generation of business leaders.
