Kelly has been in the travel industry for 20 years, spending this time in different roles within the Flight Centre Travel Group, across Australia and New Zealand. Kelly’s experience as both an Operational Leader, Account Management Leader and Head of Sales & Account Management means she delivers a holistic approach to her role as the General Manager for FCM Travel. Kelly is highly focused and driven by delivering exceptional experiences for all customers, wherever they fit into the travel programs the business manages. She is passionate about building strong partnerships with her team as well as the customers and the suppliers she works alongside, with demonstrating value, and aligning business goals at the heart of her purpose. Kelly believes a customer centric approach is critical to FCMs success, as well as evolving the sales and account management approach in line with the everchanging world we live in, optimising FCMs processes and partnerships across all stakeholder groups. FCM invites their customers to "discover the alternative in business travel" and Kelly takes great pride in leading the team that is responsible for bringing this to life for them.

Zain is a certified chartered accountant (CA) and has over 8 years of finance and accounting experience, having worked mainly in the professional services space with Ernst & Young (EY) and Grant Thornton. Zain also has extensive commercial experience within internal audit and pricing roles at Ford Motor Company of New Zealand. Zain’s key areas of focus and expertise are:

· Business Risk Management
· Corporate Tax

In his current role as Finance Business Partner for FCM, he is responsible for mitigating financial risk to the FCM business, driving profitability through business transformation and identifying growth opportunities.

Andrea has been with FCM for over 20 years, starting as a Travel Manager, then progressing to an Operations Team Leader, before joining the Account Management team in 2012. Since 2019 Andrea has been responsible for the All of Government travel program for FCM, a role she always described as her "Brightness of Future". Andrea's biggest strength is developing relationships with customers to assist them to reach their travel program goals, as well as her communication skills. Andrea also manages a small portfolio of Government customers herself, which allows her to work closely with customers to fully understand their travel program and keep them updated on all the changes in the travel industry. Andrea is also passionate about sustainability and is a member of the Flight Centre NZ sustainability committee "Our World", which allows her to share ideas and knowledge with FCM staff on how they can make small changes in their own lives to help the planet.

Eleanor has been in the travel industry for over 25 years. She has fulfilled various roles within the travel industry but has spent the past 10 years at FCTG across South Africa and New Zealand. Her experience ranges from being an Operational Team Leader, to Account Manager and now the Account Management Team Leader. These roles have ensured her diverse experience crosses over to various areas of the business. Eleanor's focus is to ensure she and her team deliver exceptional customer service to all customers. With an intentional approach, Eleanor and her team approach your travel program from all angles with goals and projects that align with our customers objectives. Account Management supports many facets across a customer's travel program, from making recommendations, identifying opportunities, ensuring we understand customer needs and optimising systems wherever it makes the most sense. Rolling out new technology and building relationships are key, and a large part of what brings the most joy to Eleanor and her team.

Alana has spent 20+ year working in corporate travel, with the last 8 years at FCM. She started out initially at FCM as a Travel Manager and the last 8 years as a Team Leader, before recently moving into the Operations Leader role.

Alana’s role is an influential one, directly responsible for leading operational consistency, productivity and customer retention across local teams and the wider brand.

Alana provides direct support to the Operations Team Leaders, offering guidance and opportunities for growth, while keeping the wider teams updated with changes as they occur across the industry and within FCM.

She brings strong customer focus, organizational understanding, and leadership skills to the role of Operations Leader. Alana works closely with senior leadership in both New Zealand and Australia, account management, IT systems, sales, and technology product owners.

Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Having worked in business travel for over a decade, Andy was appointed to the newly created role of FCM Managing Director for UK and Ireland in 2022, after 5 years leading FCM’s sister brand Corporate Traveller in the UK. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience from previous roles in business development, account management and operations. Andy’s focus is delivering a superior customer service experience that clients won’t receive anywhere else, and offering products and services to simplify business travel. By listening to individual needs, Andy believes we can help our clients to drive their business objectives.

Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.

To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.

Jo has been in corporate travel all through her career, and has gained extensive knowledge and experience across a number of sectors within it. Working in a TMC environment for over fifteen years is where her knowledge and influence was developed as an innovator in developing preferred supplier managed programmes. Jo then moved to numerous interim consulting roles from ACTE as Regional Director for EMEA where she focused on industry education to setting up the Global Corporate Sales department for Qatar Airways in Doha before founding Nina & Pinta Consulting Services. Nina & Pinta was a consulting firm specializing in the travel space with 2 distinct divisions. Jo’s consulting projects at Nina & Pinta ranged from working with corporations in procurement on corporate travel programmes focusing on programme efficiency and optimization to developing training workshops that include sales effectiveness, negotiations training and working with procurement. Jo has also written numerous white papers in conjunction with the UK Business Travel Association on TMC pricing and RFP processes. Jo joined FCM Travel in October 2021, and from January 2022 Nina and Pinta will also integrate into the FCM business.

Paul’s career with Flight Centre Travel Group began in the UK, where he held the role of group CFO for the UK for several years. Paul took the role of Global Corporate CFO in 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic, where he had a central role in ensuring FCM and its sister corporate brands were successfully steered through this challenging period.
