Putting the new solution to the test

The first events to test the Managed Meetings approach were three partner advisory events. These were held in:

  • Nordics
  • New York
  • Hong Kong

Attendees for all three events travelled from all over the world including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, the UK, Australia and the USA. Under the new approach, the team noted significant time savings, with an estimated 40 hours of project management time saved.

Results: A scalable model that delivers

The New York and Hong Kong events marked a turning point in how the global investment firm delivers investor experiences. The project manager said:
