PRESS RELEASE

Great Place To Work® recognition builds on a Middle East journey that began in 2018

FCM Travel has been recognised by Great Place To Work® as one of the Best Workplaces for Women™ – Middle East 2026, marking another milestone in the company’s long-standing focus on workplace culture across the region and globally.

For FCM, the recognition reflects something broader than a single award. It represents the continued work of its people to create an environment where individuals can contribute, develop, be heard and build meaningful careers.

“Across the Middle East, we have focused on creating a culture where opportunity is accessible, different perspectives are valued and people are encouraged to play an active role in shaping the business.
The contribution of women across FCM has been central to that journey – from leading teams and customer relationships, to holding important roles within our leadership team, developing our people, driving innovation and helping shape the future direction of the business.” - Ciarán Kelly, FCM’s Managing Director for the Middle East & Africa

Building on a Great Place To Work® journey

The 2026 recognition continues a Great Place To Work® journey that stretches back several years.

FCM UAE was certified as a Great Place To Work® in 2018-2019 and was subsequently recognised for a second consecutive year following independent employee feedback. FCM has also been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces for Women in the GCC in prior years, including in 2020. Beyond the Middle East, FCM holds Great Place To Work® certification across 15 markets for 2025-26.

The 2026 Best Workplaces for Women™ – Middle East recognition therefore reflects a sustained focus on workplace culture and opportunity across the region.

A recognition that belongs to our people

Kelly added: “Workplace culture is not created by an award, a policy or a leadership statement. It is created through the experience people have at work every day.

It is shaped by how colleagues support one another, how leaders listen, how opportunities are created and how people are encouraged to bring their ideas and perspectives into the business.

That is why this recognition belongs to our teams across the Middle East – and particularly to the women whose leadership, expertise, resilience and contribution continue to strengthen FCM.”

Creating an inclusive workplace is never a finished project. FCM will continue listening to its people, developing talent and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders across the business.

Congratulations to everyone across FCM who has helped make this recognition possible.
