Sara Williams is FCM Solutions’ Commercial Leader. Financial wiz Sara came on board at Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) in 2004, where her exceptional money and management skills were recognised and she rose from Management Accountant to FCM Financial Controller.

As an accomplished finance professional who has reached the top of a male-dominated specialty, Sara is passionate about promoting women in the workforce and connecting with other female professionals.

Her responsibilities include commercial support to operations, finance administration, internal group financial reporting and finance leadership.
