Our Pinnacle service covers every aspect of the delivery of a personalised travel experience from unique bespoke requests through to unique travel luxuries and exclusive membership benefits.
Terms & Conditions: Pinnacle transaction fees are in addition to any fees charged by suppliers. A new transaction fee applies to any new ticket re-issued including those originating as a credit on hold. Transaction fees are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of GST and Credit Card merchant fees. All fees and charges are net of commissions. You warrant that any information provided by You for Our services is true complete and accurate. You authorise us to act as your agent for check-in services. For check-in services you warrant that you are not carrying any dangerous goods unless advised otherwise. Unless excluded by law, we exclude all liability for any costs, expenses, losses or damages whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with the services provided by Us. You indemnify Us against any loss, damage or injury, suffered by You or any third party suffered as a result of Your use of our services. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of Us under applicable law.
