Latest Guidelines for Singapore Visa Application

Effective 01 January 2026 Singapore Visa processing fee would be Rs 2100/ per person.
Effective 01 August 2026, the Singapore Visa service charge has been revised from INR 1,000 to INR 1,300 per person.
The applicant will be notified by the Authorized Visa Agent regarding the outcome of the visa application within 1 working day.
Applicants would be issued with a receipt upon payment of visa processing fee and service fee.
Processing time is approximately 3-5 working days( Excluding Date of submission, weekends, and public holidays). Some applications may take longer to process.
You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore.
Each Visa application and its validity will be considered on its own merits. The minimum visa validity is 9 weeks.

Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival; and old passports (if any);
Duly Filled Form 14A + 2 photographs (please indicate name behind photo)
Cover Letter to indicate work designation, travel dates, travelling companions' details, who is the sponsor for the trip and purpose of travel.
Latest 3-month salary slips. Unemployed to provide latest 3-month bank statements in lieu of salary slips.
V39A Form if application is supported by a Singaporean company/contact, or Letter of Invitation if application is supported by a Singapore employment pass holder.
Airline membership details (front and back copy, not mandatory)
Other documents as deemed necessary by the Singapore High Commission New Delhi/ Singapore Consulate-General, Chennai/Mumbai.
