FCM Mexico Celebrates its LATAM Customer Summit 2024


FCM Mexico, successfully held its Customer Summit 2024, an exclusive event for its customers that took place on April 1 and 2 at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma hotel.

In this edition of the Customer Summit 2024, we brought together a select group of FCM clients from Mexico and LATAM with the aim of providing them with a complete overview of the travel industry and tools to make strategic decisions in their travel programs. The event was marked by educational sessions, expert panels, and inspiring presentations that addressed topics of great relevance such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): The latest applications of AI in the travel industry were explored and how these technologies can help optimize travel management and improve the traveler experience.
  • Sustainability: Strategies to develop and implement a sustainable travel program and contribute to the reduction of the sector's environmental impact were discussed.


Glenn Thorsen, Global Sustainability Leader at FCM Consulting, presented a standardised example of the  type of emission diagnostic a travel programme can conduct to develop a strategic approach to the reduction of carbon emissions with a particular focus on medium & long haul routes that are particularly difficult to decarbonise while maintaining the business value.
