Nick Queale

Nick Queale

General Manager

Nick has been in the travel industry since the mid 90s when he embarked on his travel career with the Flight Centre Travel Group. Nick began in Adelaide, at Grenfell Street Flight Centre as a travel consultant. Over the years he has worked in a number of different roles, and many brands and cities across Australia, Canada and now New Zealand. In his current role as General Manager Corporate in New Zealand, Nick is responsible for the overall success of the corporate brands in the group. Nick has a people first mindset believing people are the heart and soul of the business and decision making must always consider and explore the impacts of the outcomes on our people.
Kelly Thomas

Kelly Thomas

Head of Account Management

Kelly has been in the travel industry for 20 years, with the majority of this time spent in different roles within the Flight Centre Travel Group, across Australia and New Zealand. Kelly’s experience as both an Operational Leader, Account Management Leader and General Manager allow her to deliver a holistic approach to her current role as the Head of Account Management for our Corporate Brands. Kelly is highly focused and driven by delivering exceptional experiences for all customers, wherever they fit into the travel programs the business manages. She is passionate about building strong partnerships with her team, and the customers and suppliers she works alongside, with demonstrating value, and aligning business goals at the heart of her purpose.
Aisling Nevin

Aisling Nevin

Head of Sales

Aisling moved from Ireland in 2008 to embark on an adventure that lead her to her true passion, travel. She has been part of the Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate brand since she arrived in New Zealand back in 2011. Her passion lies in connecting with businesses on a level whereby she understands the direction of each key stakeholder, what their individual focuses are and future business goals, so that we as a business can add considerable value to their travel program. Aisling has led a very successful sales team over the last 4 years, and she is true to our company philosophy, always "Leads by Example" and that's why our customers and team alike know that they are dealing with a passionate expert in travel management. As Aisling always says, "We encompass the whole team to ensure FCM delivers a holistic travel program that creates and drives results for our customers".
Angie Forsyth

Angie Forsyth

Head of Operations

Angie has worked with the Flight Centre Travel Group for 19 years, with 13 years in our Corporate division. She epitomises the term Brightness of Future! Angie has a passion for the travel industry and has extensive experience working with both SME and large market customers. She is one of corporate New Zealand’s brightest stars with the ability to turn an idea into reality. As Head of Operations Angie is at the helm of ensuring that her teams deliver A class service always thinking outside the box for innovative solutions inline with our customers strategic goals and plan, always taking a collaborative approach with our customer’s journey.
Natalie Willoughby

Natalie Willoughby

Head of Marketing

Natalie is responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction for FCM in New Zealand. Natalie sits in the Corporate Senior Leadership team and the Global Marketing Team with 14 years experience in the travel industry. Using a multi-channel marketing approach, Natalie’s aim is to elevate brand awareness, drive new accounts and grow existing business. Natalie is a Marketing Graduate from Auckland University and has 2 daughters, 1 husband and a cavoodle called Billy.
Andy Jack

Andy Jack

Head of Customer Engagement

Andy came from Scotland to New Zealand in 2006, for a year initially and started working at FCM in Wellington as an Account Manager. A passion of his has always been service and brand loyalty - in fact his university dissertation was on brand loyalty. He has always looked for opportunities to improve what has been done before and sought progression in his career, which has seen him progress through a variety of roles including General Manager. Over the years he has been proud to work across many brands, bring new brands to NZ and be involved in business integration and systems transformation. In his current role, he holds responsibility for Product, Data and Systems. This newly created role touches all aspects of how our customers engage with our business, people and technology, it is an exciting role and one that reflects the ambition and drive of our business with customer engagement.
Jarrod Patterson

Jarrod Patterson

Customer Experience Leader

Jarrod has been part of FCTG for the last 13 years. Jarrod spent the first 5 years of his career in retail travel, and moved to corporate travel, initially as an operations team leader. In his current role as Customer Experience Leader, Jarrod leads the Govt operations team, and supports the Leadership team with detailed operational advice to ensure an amazing customer experience across all touch points of the FCM business.

Keeley Alton

Financial Controller

Keeley is a Senior Finance Professional with over 25 years’ experience working for large corporations across multiple industries, in particular property and tourism. Keeley's key strengths include, commercial strategy, business partnering, critical thinking, financial and management reporting, leadership and people development. In her current role as Financial Controller for Flight Centre’s Corporate Brands, she is responsible for protecting its assets, the most important of which are our People and our Customers, risk management, and driving profitability through business transformation and identifying opportunities for growth.

Marcus Eklund

Global Managing Director

With a depth of experience in the travel industry, Marcus brings a wealth of business, operational and industry knowledge to his role. Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Alex Armstrong

Global Sales Director

As Global Sales Leader, Alex is focused on strategy development for FCM's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Jo Lloyd

Global Head of Account Management and Consulting

Jo has been in corporate travel all through her career, and has gained extensive knowledge and experience across a number of sectors within it. Working in a TMC environment for over fifteen years is where her knowledge and influence was developed as an innovator in developing preferred supplier managed programmes. Jo then moved to numerous interim consulting roles from ACTE as Regional Director for EMEA where she focused on industry education to setting up the Global Corporate Sales department for Qatar Airways in Doha before founding Nina & Pinta Consulting Services. Nina & Pinta was a consulting firm specializing in the travel space with 2 distinct divisions. Jo’s consulting projects at Nina & Pinta ranged from working with corporations in procurement on corporate travel programmes focusing on programme efficiency and optimization to developing training workshops that include sales effectiveness, negotiations training and working with procurement. Jo has also written numerous white papers in conjunction with the UK Business Travel Association on TMC pricing and RFP processes. Jo joined FCM Travel in October 2021, and from January 2022 Nina and Pinta will also integrate into the FCM business.

Global Marketing Director

Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 4 years and comes from a string of key marketing positions within the Private Healthcare, International Auctioneers and Charity sectors. Scott is responsible for managing FCM's marketing strategy, global marketing, communication and public relations activity. Scott will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets that we operate.

Shaun Clear

Global Implementation Director

To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.
