Bertrand Saillet, Managing Director, FCM Asia

Bertrand Saillet

Managing Director, Asia
Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.
Timothy Williams, Chief Financial Officer, Asia

Timothy is the Regional CFO for Asia having started with FCM in January of 2019. Prior to working for FCM he had his own business in the insurance industry. He is new to the industry having spent his entire career in the financial services industry (Insurance) with some of the worlds biggest Risk Management and Insurance companies (Aon, Mitsui Sumitomo, Promina Group and RSA). His career has been varied from holding positions as the CEO of his own company to having led global businesses in roles ranging from COO, CFO, Strategy, Portfolio Management and Innovation.
Anna Wong, Director of Human Resources, FCM Asia

Anna Wong

Director of Human Resources, Asia
Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, Anna as HR Director establishes and develops HR teams and infrastructure to effectively support business growth. She leads her team from recruitment and talent management to organisational development, diversity and inclusion, and training and development across FCM Asia’s four equity markets. Anna is also a passionate advocate in developing the role of women employees and leaders in the workplace and currently leads the Womenwise chapter in Asia.
Scott Reddie Senior Director of Account Management, Asia

Scott has over 16 years of experience in the travel industry with diverse roles spanning across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before he moved into the corporate travel sector. As Chief Business Officer with a solid understanding of multiple markets including Australia, Americas and Asia, Scott will engage with multi-national clients at all levels to deliver corporate travel solutions. The role will see him drive customer satisfaction, growth and retention through the continuous evolution of travel management offerings to add value to clients.

As Director of Customer Operations, Annemiek oversees the service delivery to corporate clients in the region by personally managing the operations while enhancing customer success strategies to ensure efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Having started her Flight Centre Travel Group journey nearly a decade ago, Annemiek was most recently Head of Account Management in Hong Kong where she was directly responsible for overseeing the travel programmes of some of FCM’s largest clients across Asia.
Abdel Abatouy, Chief Information Officer, FCM Travel Asia

As CIO & CTO for FCM Travel in Asia, Abdel leads the company’s security, information and customer facing technology practices. He oversees the company’s strategic IT investments and optimises IT footprints to ensure the global technology and security efforts are aligned with FCM’s business strategy and long-term goals. Abdel is passionate about leading his team by example to deliver end-to-end innovations with high quality of service to stakeholders from customers to various business units. Prior to joining FCM, Abdel spent 16 years in Information Technology roles in the financial and insurance sectors and was most recently Credit Agricole CIB’s Head of Banking IT Applications for Asia-Pacific.
Terence Eng, Chief Technology Officer, Asia

Terence has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry travel technology and solutions. As FCM Asia’s Chief Experience Officer, he is responsible for creating compelling experiences of our products and services for our customers, making it user-friendly and frictionless. The User Experience team under Terence's leadership partners with subject matter experts across the region to drive great employee experience, critical for delivering great customer experience, leading to business success. His team manages change readiness to optimise end-to-end workflow, ensuring the business and delivery teams are following a customer-centric approach to deliver a smooth, unfragmented and consistent user experience across the business.
Calvin Xie, General Manager, FCM China

Calvin Xie

General Manager, China
Calvin is the General Manager for China and is currently responsible for driving the company’s business in the mainland through strategic and digital transformation, as well as increasing growth in managed travel through new wins and implementation of multinational and national businesses. His career to date spanned 14 years in various finance and strategy positions including audit, tax and treasury, financial reporting, planning and analysis, as well as M&A and organisational transformation.

Asami Chung

General Manager, Japan
Based in Tokyo, Asami Chung is responsible for driving growth and strengthening FCM’s presence in Japan. An established professional within the digital media and travel space, Asami has a strong and successful sales and business development background in Japan, Asia and North America. She most recently spearheaded advertising sales for a global travel enterprise across Northeast Asia. Asami is fluent in English, Korean and Japanese. Having worked and lived abroad, Asami has a global mindset which gives her a unique ability to understand and fulfil local nuances. She envisages FCM Japan as a leading travel management company that enables people to thrive, grow and embrace inclusivity.

Gaurav Luthra

General Manager, India
Gaurav is responsible for the Indian interests of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), one of the world’s leading travel management agencies. He is a distinguished industry veteran with a total of 27 years of experience, and over 23 years at FCTG India itself. A proven leader in the travel industry, Gaurav has been instrumental in driving product innovations, leading technology initiatives along with managing supplier relations for better revenue outcomes. He has been a key architect of many industry firsts including pioneering the online booking tool deployment in the Indian corporate travel space and launching the first ‘branded’ SME travel proposition in the market. His passion for travel along with his focus on quality and perfection brings out the best outcomes to all business initiatives he undertakes. He is a regular speaker at various industry forums and a thought leader in the travel space.
