2019 Year in Review

2019 has been a rewarding year for FCM Asia. Apart from winning and implementing new major accounts, maintaining strong customer retention rate of over 97%, we have also launched Womenwise initiatives to celebrate and empower women in our organisation, as well as Asia's inaugural FCM Illuminate, our thought-leadership event series aimed to illuminate the future of corporate travel and provide valuable networking opportunities for delegates and suppliers.  

Over the past 12 months, we also clinched key awards and certifications that spotlight our commitment to our customers, including Gold Stevie® Award for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service, World's Leading Travel Management Company at the World Travel Awards for the ninth consecutive year, and IATA NDC Level 4 Certification
