FCM Wins Gold Award for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service through the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards
FCM Travel Solutions, a leading global travel management company, has won the Gold Stevie® Award in the Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service category in the sixth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. Underpinned by strict criteria judging, the awards are recognised as a benchmark for innovation in business achievement and work life.
More than 900 nominations from organisations across the Asia-Pacific region were considered in this year’s award. Respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators and business educators were called in as judges and their insights and expertise harnessed in every submission.
As part of its entry, FCM shared the transformation roadmap for corporate travellers through Sam (Smart Assistant for Mobile) and HUB, which is designed to help stressful business travel become a much more enjoyable and hassle-free experience by blending a powerful mix of AI with the expertise of real FCM travel consultants. The first of its kind in the travel management space, Sam delivers personalised, proactive and reactive alerts, as well as relevant information to business travellers’ mobile devices through an intuitive chat-based interface, wherever they are in the world.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards programme to recognise innovation in the workplace in all 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world's premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programmes such as The International Business Awards® for 17 years. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world acting as judges in March and April.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala banquet at the InterContinental Hotel in Singapore on Friday, 31st May.
