Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Scott has over 16 years in the travel industry and has worked across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before moving into the corporate sector. The Global Director of Account Management role will build relationships with multi-national clients at all levels to demonstrate FCM’s service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role is pivotal in understanding our customer’s needs and evolving the travel management offering to continue to add value to clients.

Katy has worked in the travel industry for the past 12 years, spending the past 8 years with FCTG in various corporate roles. Katy will be focussed on Global operational processes to ensure that FCM offers a consistent approach. She will work over our 90+ FCM countries to continue to drive operational excellence. Katy will work closely with our Regional Network leaders and the Global Technology Team and all our countries to ensure our operational standards and customer service exceed our customer's expectations.

Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 4 years and comes from a string of key marketing positions within the Private Healthcare, International Auctioneers and Charity sectors. Scott is responsible for managing FCM's marketing strategy, global marketing, communication and public relations activity. Scott will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets that we operate.

To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.

As President of all seven Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) Corporate Brands, Charlene oversees a team of 500. Within FCTG, Charlene has been the top corporate sales person for five years in a row. She has achieved double-digit, often record-setting growth, year over year. Charlene's career in travel began nearly 20 years ago with Boston-based Garber Travel. When Garber Travel was acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group, she was a key part of the transition.

Billy was appointed President, FCM Travel Solutions USA in 2012. A Flight Centre veteran, Billy joined Flight Centre in 1996 as a consultant at Flight Centre Perth, Australia. Since then he has held various positions in retail, including Team Leader and Area Leader, before moving into our corporate services business as Area Leader (Procurement, Real Estate and Construction) at Flight Centre Limited.

A seasoned travel industry executive and an accomplished team leader, Joe oversees key client and partner relations, as well as sales and business development activities and travel technology and operations. Additionally, Joe is a key stakeholder in our global travel management initiative.

John is responsible for ongoing client-facing innovation and digital mobile platforms, the development of additional tools and technology, and thought leadership, across all of FCTG’s corporate brands globally. FCTG’s corporate network services the needs of organizations of all sizes across dozens of industries in more than 90 countries. Morhous has been with Flight Centre Travel Group for 11 years now, most recently serving as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for corporate brands in the Americas.

Alexandra has been working with FCM Travel Solutions for 8 years and has experience in account management and sales in both the UK and the US, giving her a broad spectrum of knowledge across multiple markets. Based in our New York Travel Center, she leads the national sales team who are responsible for the proposal, presentation, and service agreement for clients' travel programs, as well as supporting the management team throughout the implementation process and beyond.
