FCM Meetings & Events unveils innovative global Reporting & Analytics Tool

New York, NY, August 20, 2025 – FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E), the world-renowned dedicated global meetings and events division of FCM Travel, has today unveiled its cutting-edge Reporting & Analytics Tool.

Crafted to reshape the MICE sector for clients around the world, this innovation promises to enhance operational functionality, deliver confirmed savings, enable informed decision-making, and ensure comprehensive peace of mind.

The core version of FCM Venue Finder and the new Meeting Request Form are accessible to new and existing customers, and the integration provides a centralized hub for venue selection, streamlined processes, and improved collaboration – on top of the Reporting & Analytics Tool.

Results of a recent survey that formed part of FCM M&E’s inaugural Global Trends Report showed almost 40% of respondents did not have a clear view of their meetings and events budget for this year.

Initially targeting markets in the USA and ANZ, the tool will see a staggered release. Over the coming months, a phased rollout will begin in the UK, followed by Mainland Europe, Asia, and Mexico, with plans for global adoption.
