Flight Centre Travel Group Becomes Preferred Travel Vendor for MassBio
February 14, 2019 (CAMBRIDGE, MA) – The Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (MassBio®) today announced that Flight Centre Travel Group has joined the Purchasing Consortium, providing members discounted rates on airfare, hotel and car through flexible travel program. By aggregating the purchasing power of the 1,100+ member companies within MassBio, the Purchasing Consortium allows members to have a strong presence in the marketplace and benefit from competitive discounts and premier customer service, which saves members more than $75 million each year.
As the preferred travel vendor, Flight Centre Travel Group will offer members a dedicated travel manager, in-house 24/7 emergency assistance and customized reporting packages in addition to exemplary customer service and MassBio’s preferred pricing. Members will have access to its two different travel solutions – FCM Travel Solutions and Corporate Traveler – and can work directly with FCTG’s consultants to determine which solution best fits their specific travel needs.
