FCM gains SAP Concur TMC Elite Partner Level
FCM Travel Solutions is one of the first major global travel management companies to achieve the coveted TMC Elite level within the SAP Concur Partner Program for TMCs – the highest level of engagement and collaboration attainable between any TMC and the travel expense and invoice management solutions provider.
TMC Elite partner level reflects FCM’s continued focus on delivering the best possible levels of service and experience across the industry’s leading solutions. In order to qualify for the TMC Elite partner level, FCM had to meet strict criteria, including TMC certification. This three-month operational process assessed FCM staff’s aptitude for implementing and supporting SAP Concur solutions for their customers and provided training programs to sharpen their expertise and product knowledge.
TMC certification means that existing and prospective clients can expect the highest standards of service from FCM staff in terms of advice, implementation and ongoing support with SAP Concur solutions to enhance their travel program and deliver on their business needs. Certification also promotes the strength of FCM’s relationship with SAP Concur implementation and support teams, further enhancing the travel experience for FCM customers’ bookers, travelers and managers.
The TMC Elite partnership level also means that FCM has access to SAP Concur education resources including classroom training, workshops, webinars and e-learning. This will ensure FCM staff can continue to refresh their skills on an ongoing basis in order to continue supporting clients to the best of their ability with SAP Concur solutions.
