Her deep understanding of the industry and commitment to client success has been key to her successful career in business travel.

She discovered a passion for tech when rolling out virtual payment, prompting her to join Project Management. Seeking productivity via tech, she landed her ideal Business Systems role in 2015, leading automation initiatives - ticketing, invoicing, vouchers - enabling smooth booking. Leveraging FCM tech ecosystem expertise, she's spearheaded customer-facing systems integration and optimisation, ensuring uncomplicated booking. Alzeth constantly innovates, using tech to enhance and simplify travel.

Now as the global lead of account management and consulting at FCM, Nina & Pinta has integrated into the FCM brand.

As CMO, his core focuses are driving new marketing innovation, helping drive business insights and supporting the next level of growth for both FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller.

Paul’s career with FCM Travel’s parent company Flight Centre Travel Group began in the UK, where he held the role of group Chief Finance Officer for the UK for several years. Paul took the role of Global Corporate CFO in 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic. He’s played a central role in ensuring FCM was successfully steered through this challenging period and is set up for future success.

Having worked in business travel for over a decade, Andy was appointed to the newly created role of FCM Managing Director for UK and Ireland in 2022, after 5 years leading FCM’s sister brand Corporate Traveller in the UK. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience from previous roles in business development, account management and operations. Andy’s focus is delivering a superior customer service experience that clients won’t receive anywhere else, and offering products and services to simplify business travel. By listening to individual needs, Andy believes we can help our clients to drive their business objectives.

Bertrand is Managing Director for Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange, moving to Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry, before joining FCM.
