FCM scoops prestigious travel award
FCM Travel Solutions, one of the world's leading corporate travel and expense management consultancies, has scooped the top spot in the Leading Travel Management Company in Africa category at the World Travel Awards last month (June 20).
It is the first time FCM has won the prestigious award.
The World Travel Awards are voted for by travel and tourism professionals worldwide. The awards, considered the ultimate travel accolade in the world, were established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry.
“It’s humbling to be awarded this accolade. I would like to thank my staff for their continued commitment to service excellence,” said Euan McNeil, General Manager of FCM Travel Solutions.
Ciaran Kelly, General Manager of FCM’s Middle East and Africa network, said the award recognised the commitment to excellence that FCM has demonstrated over the past 12 months.
“FCM are ecstatic to have brought this award home as we establish ourselves in this region. We are looking forward to see if we can back this up again next year,” he added.
“We will not be complacent, we will continue to work with our clients and use their feedback to enhance what we do and continue to improve our offering to our customers.”
FCM has grown rapidly in the Middle East and Africa and now spans 23 countries across the region.
