New destinations
With a career dedicated to making travel seamless for others, Kim decided it was time to focus on her own explorations, not just of destinations, but of life's simple moments with her family.
Kim embarked on an extraordinary adventure around Australia during 2023, traversing the country with her three young boys.
“It was time to reset. I worked my whole life, I had three boys, and this company allowed me the time to spend with the kids whilst they were young.”
This experience allowed Kim an invaluable opportunity that underscores the importance of family, an aspect sometimes overshadowed in the hustle of corporate life.
Embracing the landscapes
Kim's travels with her family brought them face-to-face with Australia's diverse and unique landscapes, from mountain ranges to coastlines. Each destination a new chapter in their story. But it wasn't just the places that left an indelible mark; it was the people that Kim and her family met along the way. Hearing their stories and connecting on a like-minded level enriched their journey.
Kim shared that one of the highlights from her adventure were the moments of simplicity and connection.
“Family time was a highlight. Sitting around the fire, watching the stars, not being in a rush, and just being present with my family.”
