Presented by the BTN Group, the annual Business Travel Awards Europe 2022 is now in its 27th year. The event is Europe’s largest awards show designed to celebrate the talent and achievements of the travel industry’s elite.

It was revealed FCM’s significant investment in the areas of onboarding and change management were a major contributor to this win, in addition to FCM’s receptiveness to feedback from customers, including their adaptability.
