FCM Meetings & Events launches new brand campaign, ‘Be Moved,’ designed to elevate the corporate experience through creativity and emotional impact
Research from FCM M&E’s 2026 global trends report finds nearly three-quarters of professionals cite employee engagement as the primary purpose of Meetings and Events
New York, NY (October 1, 2026) – FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E), a flagship division of FCM Travel, today announced the launch of a new brand campaign, ‘Be Moved,’ highlighting how businesses can leverage meetings and events to drive engagement through experiences that capture attention, spark connection, and leave audiences feeling genuinely moved.
‘Be Moved’ reflects FCM M&E’s belief that companies need to look beyond the traditional corporate experience and prioritize events that evoke emotion and create a deeper, lasting impact, while still aligning with broader business objectives. As priorities for attendees shift, companies need to consider how every aspect of an event can influence how people feel, engage, and connect with one another.
According to FCM M&E’s 2026 Global Trends Report, released earlier this year, employee engagement remains a key priority, with 74.3% of professionals ranking it as the primary purpose for hosting meetings and events, reflecting a continued focus on experiences that inspire attendees and foster connection. Additionally, 76.5% of respondents cited attendee experience as the top priority during the planning process, underscoring the importance of bringing people together in meaningful ways.
“Over the past few years, we’ve continued to build and invest in the strategic side of meetings and events, from our Strategic Meetings Management solution – which centralizes program oversight, reporting, and cost savings – to our Venue Finder platform, which makes sourcing and comparing venues instant and transparent,” said Gabriella Antoniotti, Business Leader, Americas, FCM M&E. “With ‘Be Moved,’ we’re now taking that next step by increasing our investment in creative production and redefining what the meetings and events experience can be.”
The campaign debuts today with a new hero video, spotlighting how FCM M&E combines creative thinking with an elevated experiential approach to create more meaningful and impactful experiences for attendees. ‘Be Moved’ will extend across multiple channels through additional digital and social activations, paid media elements, and client testimonials, showcasing FCM M&E’s capabilities and vision for transforming the way businesses approach meetings and events.
As the meetings and events industry continues to evolve, events should do more than simply bring people together in a room. They should make people feel something. Whether it’s a conference, staff meeting, incentive trip, gala, or brand activation, businesses should focus on the creative and emotional side of the experience — transforming a well-executed event into a lasting memory.
“This campaign represents our belief that every part of an event — from the big ideas to the smallest details — can shape how people feel, connect, and engage,” added Antoniotti. “By thoughtfully incorporating the emotional elements of an event, we’re committed to creating moments that resonate with attendees on a deeper level.”
