PRESS RELEASE
FCM Meetings & Events expands team and business structure to capitalise on industry growth prospects
Brisbane, Australia, 28 October 2025 – FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E) has expanded its Australian team as part of a strategic growth restructure, which will allow the business to better capitalise on the growing meetings and events sector, whilst still delivering top-tier service to existing and new clients.
FCM M&E will bolster its existing Sales and Account Management teams with a new Customer Solutions Team. This will open the doors to a highly strategic approach to customer service and business growth for the company.
Overseen globally by Simone Seiler and in Australia by Katie Fraser, FCM M&E’s Account Management team will continue to be led by Flavia Kaucic, and its Sales team will be headed up by Kellie Howard, who joined the business in May and is proving incredibly valuable in generating new business.
The newly appointed Nicole Pusic will oversee the Customer Solutions Team. Nicole will be responsible for leading the team and will report to Kaucic, supporting both the Sales and Account Management teams.
According to the FCM Meetings & Events 2025 Trends Report, corporate events have grown year-on-year globally since 2022.
That’s showing no sign of slowing, with 10 per cent of companies planning to up their investment in 2025, and 39 per cent planning to continue with their existing spend. Many of the remaining respondents are unsure how spending will change this year.
FCM M&E General Manager Operations and Customer, Katie Fraser, said this step allowed FCM M&E to take hold of the growing meetings and events industry with both hands, whilst still offering the best-in-class customer delivery that it was known for.
“Earlier in the year, we split out the sales and account management teams, as we welcomed Kellie Howard to the business, and focused the role of Flavia Kaucic, to ensure we had a concentrated effort and differentiation between our current and new business,” Fraser said.
“Following the success of this expansion, we’ve recognised the opportunity for a more fine-tuned focus on customer solutions, as a breakaway from the account management team.”
The Customer Solutions Team will focus on developing tailored customer proposals, enabling the Sales Business Development Managers to concentrate on pipeline growth, and giving our Account Management team the capacity to prioritise customer retention and expansion.
“They will collaborate closely with both Sales and Account Management to elevate our program solutions and deliver even greater value to our customers,” Fraser explained.
“This new tri-stream structure means that our people are truly focused on the priorities at hand and not bogged down in trying to manage multiple competing priorities and business elements.
“Our executive team reflects these business priorities, and we have established an obvious and effective business and leadership structure now, which is already delivering dividends both for our customers and prospects, and the overall success of FCM M&E.”
As part of the growth and expansion, FCM M&E has welcomed five new team members in recent weeks, in the creation of its Customer Solutions Team, and building on its existing Sales and Account Management team:
