FCM Travel Named to Newsweek’s 2026 Rankings of America’s Best Customer Service
Leading Business Travel Management Company Recognized for Third Time on Newsweek’s Annual List
New York, NY (November 4, 2025) – FCM Travel, the flagship large-market business travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group, today announced it has been named to Newsweek’s 2026 ranking of America’s Best Customer Service in the Travel Management category, marking the third time it has earned this distinction (previously in 2023 and 2024). Presented in collaboration with global data and business intelligence leader Statista, the prestigious list recognizes companies that are providing exceptional service experiences to customers and set the benchmark for service quality, responsiveness, and reliability.
Now in its eighth edition, America’s Best Customer Service highlighted 730 companies across 166 different categories this year, including travel, retail, financial services, healthcare, and digital services. The ranking is based on an independent, large-scale consumer survey of more than 200,000 customers who have either made purchases, used services, or conducted research on products or services over the past three years.
