Peter Psaltakis is Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering at FCM. He has been with FCM for over eight years and has a plethora of experience in sales and SaaS.

Favorite FCM Platform feature? It has to be our embedded reporting for managers. So much fantastic data modeling!

Most exciting thing about demoing? The most exciting thing about demoing the FCM Platform to someone for the first time is watching their eyes light up as we align their business problems with Platform’s features and capabilities. It never gets old.

Most embarrassing demo moment? It has to be when my computer started an automatic update right as I started my screenshare…it took me 10 minutes to recover from that one.

Carla Sunseri is a Solutions Engineer for FCM Americas. She has been with FCM for two years, and she brings 25 years of business travel experience to the table.

Favorite FCM Platform feature? SAM! SAM is the perfect digital assistant. It showcases all the most important notifications for travelers, and travel managers can configure custom notifications as well. 

Most exciting thing about demoing? I love showing people just how tapped-in the FCM Platform is to our reporting and analytics. It’s always jaw dropping the first time someone realizes how powerful FCM’s reporting is and with that, the potential to manage and influence their entire program.

Share something fun about yourself: I was at Cedar Point amusement park when the East Coast blackout of 2003 happened. Have you seen what they do when a roller coaster is stuck at the top and it’s unsafe to walk down? If you guessed “rely on gravity,” then you’re correct. They just push it over and let gravity run its course. Yikes. Luckily, I watched from the ground.

David Sykes is Director of Solutions Engineering, EMEA. He has been a part of the FCM & FCTG team for over ten years and can help you with specific questions surrounding FCM’s technology suite in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Favorite FCM Platform feature? The visibility travel arrangers have over their travelers’ trips, including rich itinerary information and detailed profiles. It makes their lives much easier! 

Most exciting thing about demoing? Getting the opportunity to “geek out” about the incredibly advanced data and analytics in the FCM Platform’s integrated Microsoft Power BI dashboards. 

Most embarrassing demo moment? One time when my work phone ran out of battery, I used my personal phone to demo FCM Mobile. I thought I’d put do not disturb on, but the client got a preview of my brother’s bachelor party WhatsApp group chat which was a little risky. It all worked out in the end though – they loved the tech and they joined FCM shortly after!

Harcher Batravil is a Solutions Engineer for FCM Americas. He’s been with FCM for two years, and he also has 22 years of experience in the SaaS and finance space.

Favorite FCM Platform feature? The live digital itinerary is jam-packed full of information like seat, gate, departure, and terminal information, making trips a breeze for travelers. I also love some of our innovative partner integrations, such as carbon emissions by segment, health & wellness, safety & risk, and lots more!

Most exciting thing about demoing? The globally consistent, omnichannel approach to sharing information across three personas: traveler, arranger, and manager. It always blows people away.

Share something fun about yourself: I am now a proud volunteer at Pelican Harbor Seabird Station's world-class wildlife rescue, rehab, release, and education center in Miami, Florida!
