FCM Africa win top award second year in a row

FCM Travel Solutions has been awarded "Africa's Leading Travel Management Company" for the second year in the row at the World Travel Awards. 
 

The winners of the awards were announced at the 2016 World Travel Awards Africa & Indian Ocean gala ceremony at Diamonds La Gemma dell'Est in Zanzibar, Tanzania. 

 Rose Abdallah, a representative from FCM Travel Solutions was thrilled to accept the regional award on behalf of her colleagues in the region. 

 General Manager of FCM's Africa and Middle East Network, Ciaran Kelly said of that winning the award two years running was a true indication of the value that FCM are bringing to their clients in this emerging market. 

 "We are really pleased to have brought home this award again in 2016, our teams in Africa have worked tirelessly over the past twelve months, delivering tangible results to our clients and ensuring that our customer value proposition resonates with them," he said. 
 

General Manager of FCM South Africa, Euan McNeil, said that the award once again recognises FCM’s ability to consistently deliver the highest level of service in all the countries we operate in.  “Africa is an exciting growth region for us and this award is testament to the value we are delivering to all our customers across the region,” he said

 The World Travel Awards are voted for by travel and tourism professionals worldwide and this accolade recognises the commitment to excellence FCM has demonstrated over the past 12 months.
