Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Alex is focused on strategy development for FCM's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Jo is an innovator in supplier strategy and preferred programmes, having always worked in corporate travel. Her extensive knowledge includes 15+ years working in TMCs, and roles at ACTE and Qatar Airways. Jo went on to found Nina & Pinta Consulting Services, specialising in travel programme optimisation, and sales effectiveness. Now as the global lead of account management and consulting at FCM, Nina & Pinta has integrated into the FCM brand.

Shaun oversees the strategic evolution of FCM’s operating model globally, focused on digital transformation, service excellence and global consistency. He has worked for FCM since 2013 in senior leadership roles across 3 continents, bringing visionary leadership with a truly global mindset. Shaun plays a pivotal role in delivering FCM’s strategy to market, ensuring successful execution of business objectives across all markets. Shaun is an MBA holder from Murdoch University (Singapore).

Michel’s 20-year career in travel technology spans diverse roles in research, development, product management, solution design and sales at organisations including Oracle and Amadeus. Michel has vast industry knowledge, and practical experience in planning and delivering modern, complex solutions. He joined FCM in 2017 and is now Chief Product Officer, delivering innovative customer focused technology. He has played a key role in positioning FCM as a technology leader in travel management.

Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 10 years, across 3 major TMCs and comes from a string of key marketing positions within the Private Healthcare, International Auctioneers and Charity sectors. He is responsible for managing FCM's global marketing strategy, communication and public relations activity and overseeing products to market. Scott is responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets.

Paul’s career with FCM Travel’s parent company Flight Centre Travel Group began in the UK, where he held the role of group Chief Finance Officer for the UK for several years. Paul took the role of Global Corporate CFO in 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic. He’s played a central role in ensuring FCM was successfully steered through this challenging period and is set up for future success.

Bertrand is Managing Director for Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange, moving to Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry, before joining FCM.

Under his eight-year stewardship, FCM achieved major growth, winning and retaining significant customers. In 2020, he became Managing Director of Flight Centre EMEA, with overall responsibility for both the leisure and corporate businesses.

As Global CEO of Flight Centre’s corporate travel operations, he is responsible for FCM Travel and other specialist corporate travel brands. An authoritative voice in the travel industry, Chris has led FCTG’s corporate businesses through challenging times with decisiveness and a determined growth strategy, capitalising on the strength of FCTG’s culture.

Charlene has over 30 years of travel industry experience. She started her career with Boston-based Garber Travel, which was acquired by the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). She led FCTG’s corporate brands in the USA as President for four years, achieving double-digit, often record-setting growth year over year. Charlene has been recognised by the industry on numerous occasions for her outstanding performance, including GBTA’s WINiT Top 40 Women in Travel in 2019.
