By sharing the soft benefits of FCM's corporate deals with clients, they could save 14% on their business travel. FCM also started monitoring fares at the time of ticket issuance. Through this, we were able to uncover lower airfare costs, saving clients 43% per ticket. An additional 25% savings was also generated through waivers and favours with our airline partners.

The team has done a fantastic job in a very challenging year.
