FCM Meetings & Events Launch New Look and Signature Hybrid Event Offering
Sydney’s The Grounds in Alexandria was transformed into a sea of neon colour on Thursday 22 April as FCM’s Meetings & Events team officially launched their new brand and showcased their hybrid event offering.
The FCM Meetings & Events team celebrated the launch of their new journey alongside customers and industry partners in person and virtually, with guests joining from around the world. The event was a climate conscious carbon neutral event, in partnership with South Pole.
During the launch, guests were treated to FCM Meetings and Events bright, bold new look, while hearing industry insights from meetings and events (M&E) experts including trend forecaster Michael McQueen, on the future of M&E globally. Guests also listened to a voice of customer live interview, as well as FCM’s vision for the future from FCM General Manager Australia, Melissa Elf.
General Manager FCM Meetings & Events Simone Seiler said the night was about celebrating their people and showcasing the positive impact of disruption.
“2020 was a difficult year for the M&E industry, with many companies struggling to keep afloat. Disruption can be unsettling, so we made the conscious decision to not just pivot during this time, we wanted to totally transform,” said Simone.

Keynote speaker Michael McQueen gave a high-energy presentation on the COVID-inspired shifts in consumer habits and expectations that are here to stay, as well as a fascinating insight in how to foster engagement, collaboration and culture when leading remote and hybrid teams.
The launch event also gave customers the opportunity to experience FCM Meetings & Events’ signature hybrid event offering in person, with Simone speaking to the heart of FCM Meetings & Events service - their people. “Our people are the resilient rock-stars creating game-changing events for brands around the world.
