The World Health Organization has announced an official name for the disease that is causing the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak, COVID-19. At least 62 airlines from 45 countries have suspended or cancelled flights to mainland China and/or Hong Kong due to the outbreak.
Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) Americas has announced that FCTG Mexico President Manuel Viñas will be retiring at the end of July 2020. Current Head of FCM Latin America, Maren Hanschke has been appointed to succeed him and will assume his responsibilities effective March 1, 2020.
