New York, NY (August 26, 2026) Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) corporate division has posted record total transaction value (TTV) and revenue, with its USA business crossing the US$2 billion TTV mark for the first time.

The landmark result was revealed as part of the Group’s end-of-financial-year results to the Australian Securities Exchange.

Comments by Chris Galanty, Flight Centre Travel Group Global Corporate CEO

“It was a record year for TTV and revenue, and the productivity work we've been putting in for a number of years is really showing up in the result,” Mr. Galanty said.

“This is despite headwinds, including the conflict in the Middle East, which affected businesses across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and parts of Europe. We're operating in a world that keeps throwing curveballs, and our teams navigated that really well."

“We also saw some strong new wins in FCM Travel, mostly landing in the second half, and we're onboarding those customers now. The pipeline is very strong, with a lot of RFP activity across our core markets.”

The USA was a standout. Corporate TTV in the market surpassed US$2 billion for the first time.

“The US is the largest travel market in the world, and we still only hold a small share of it,” Mr. Galanty said. “That tells you how much room we have to keep growing there.”

Corporate Traveler, the group's dedicated SME travel brand, also had a milestone year, with particularly strong growth in North America.

“Corporate Traveler was the star of the show this year,” Mr. Galanty said. “It's the only global travel management company built purely around the SME customer."

“What makes it different is the combination of our own technology, a platform called Melon, with a dedicated travel consultant for every customer. Customers get modern tools and real personal service, and FCTG’s buying power behind them too.”

Closer to home, the ANZ Corporate business had its best ever year for both TTV and profit, strengthening its position as the number one player in the local market.

Much of the year's profit growth has come from what Mr. Galanty calls “productive operations,” a multi-year effort to modernize the way the business runs.

“We've automated more of the process and given customers the tools to do more themselves when that's what they want,” Mr. Galanty said.

“What I'm proudest of is that this hasn't come at the expense of service. We hit record SLA, NPS, and CSAT scores this year. Productivity and customer experience have moved together, not against each other.”

“Our focus is now shifting from productivity to growth. We've done the hard work of transforming the business; now the job is to take this proposition to market and win more customers. We'll be investing more in sales and marketing this year, and next, than we ever have before.”

Mr. Galanty said investment in the Group’s proprietary platforms was key for both FCM Booking and Melon, and the two AI tools now embedded across the business, SAM in FCM and MEL in Corporate Traveler.

“We're genuinely excited about what AI is doing for us. It's helping us personalize the experience for customers and making our people more productive, and customers are telling us it's leading the industry,” he said.

“This was a good year, built on the back of a lot of hard work from our people and a lot of trust from our customers. Now we get to focus on what excites me most, which is growth.”

Comments by Charlene Leiss, President of The Americas, Flight Centre Travel Group

“Flight Centre Travel Group further strengthened its position in the United States over the past fiscal year, with our corporate businesses delivering impressive growth in a dynamic business travel market. As the industry continues to evolve, we remained focused on the fundamentals that underpin our long-term success – disciplined growth, strategic investment, innovation, and operational excellence.

Our flagship corporate brands, Corporate Traveler and FCM Travel, continued to expand their national presence, deepen customer relationships, and build market share in priority markets. We also invested in our physical presence by opening new offices in Chicago, Denver, and Park Ridge, New Jersey, enabling us to better serve our customers and support our teams.

Corporate Traveler maintained strong momentum across the SMB segment, while also accelerating its growth efforts in the New York market to further strengthen its footprint in one of the country’s key business travel markets. The launch of new tools and features, such as ‘Trip Proposals,’ which streamline the process for building and sharing travel plans, has led to increased engagement and adoption of our proprietary Melon platform.

To further strengthen its offering to customers in the sports and entertainment sectors, Stage and Screen, a specialist division of Corporate Traveler, strategically realigned its global brand structure to bring its sports and entertainment travel services under the Corporate Traveler banner worldwide. The new structure established a unified global presence and positions the business for significant growth going forward.

Our ability to combine sector expertise, personalized service, and intuitive technology continues to differentiate Corporate Traveler in a competitive market, contributing to new business and increased demand from key industries including life sciences, finance, and technology across cities throughout the country.

At FCM, our focus on productive operations continued to drive greater efficiency, while enhancing the customer experience and creating a stronger foundation for scalable growth. We continued to win and onboard multinational clients, expand our global footprint, and reinforce FCM’s position as the true alternative in the business travel space.

We also accelerated expansion across other specialist businesses, including FCM Meetings & Events, through its acquisition of UK-based brand experience and meetings and events agency Fresh Group. FCM Consulting also continued to gain momentum, reflecting growing demand for more strategic and integrated support beyond traditional travel management services.

This year, FCM also launched a global partnership with Blockskye and KAYAK for Business, designed to eliminate the trade-offs enterprise buyers have long faced between user experience, data and payment friction, and global service reach. The companies will bring together seamless booking capabilities and payment innovation into a single, globally scalable product, helping the world’s largest and highest-performing organizations build better travel programs without compromise. Flight Centre Travel Group also invested in Blockskye, underscoring our shared commitment to driving innovation in direct payment and expense across the industry.

Innovation remained a core part of our strategy, with technology and human expertise working together to create a more seamless and personalized customer experience. Over the past year, we introduced new technologies and capabilities across the business, guided by customer insights, and designed to deepen personalization and improve operational efficiency. This customer-led approach remains one of our key differentiators, ensuring that advancements in technology serve a practical purpose and address real customer needs, while complementing the expertise of our people.

Our AI Strategy and Integration team continued to advance the use of intelligent solutions across multiple layers of our business, helping streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and unlock new value for customers. We also continued to build on the relaunch of ‘Sam’, our AI-powered assistant within the FCM Platform, designed to provide customers with an easier, more intelligent booking experience.

Most recently, Sam rolled out a new AI-powered conversational booking feature that allows travelers to receive recommendations shaped by their policy, profile, past trips, loyalty status, and preferred routes, dramatically reducing the time it takes to book.

As the airline industry shifts toward a more modern retailing environment, we also continued to strengthen our NDC capabilities and distribution infrastructure to deliver improvements faster, more practically, and at scale. By expanding content access and improving functionality, we are helping ensure customers have access to richer travel options and a more seamless experience throughout the booking and servicing journey.

As we embark on this next fiscal year, we remain focused on building on the momentum we have created while continuing to invest in our people, technology, and customer experience. Our unique ability to combine global scale with local expertise, innovative technology with human service, and disciplined execution will enable us to continue delivering meaningful and positive change across the business.”
