Our FCM Asia Management Team is comprised of dedicated leaders who are passionate about business travel management, travel technology, and delivering a high level of customer service across the region and beyond.
Managing Director, Asia
Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.
VP of Customer Success, Asia
Vicki has extensive experience in numerous leadership positions in the 14 years she has been with Flight Centre Travel Group. Her knowledge in operations spans across New Zealand, India and SEA. Deeply passionate about customer service and delivering the best travel experience to our customers, Vicki is focused on developing strong operation teams to support our customers’ travel programme.
Senior Director, Account Management & Consulting, Asia
Joanne is an accomplished global procurement, sales and account management professional with over 20 years of experience in the travel, energy & resource industries. She oversees the full spectrum of account management for customers across Asia in her role as the Senior Director of Account Management. Before joining FCM, Joanne held prominent positions in large MNCs such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Qantas Airways and Japan Airlines. Her areas of expertise includes supplier relationship management, spend optimisation, and change management initiatives, to help drive performance and tighten compliance.
Director of Sales, Asia
James is the Director of Sales for Asia with over 10 years of Business Development expertise across Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining FCM, James accumulated experience in the creation of bespoke travel programmes with numerous multinational clients across diverse industries including banking, investment, legal, telecommunications and fast-moving consumer goods.
Director of Human Resources, Asia
Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, Anna as HR Director establishes and develops HR teams and infrastructure to effectively support business growth. She leads her team from recruitment and talent management to organisational development, diversity and inclusion, and training and development across FCM Asia’s four equity markets. Anna is also a passionate advocate in developing the role of women employees and leaders in the workplace and currently leads the Womenwise chapter in Asia.
Chief Financial Officer, Asia
Timothy is the Regional CFO for Asia having started with FCM in January of 2019. Prior to working for FCM he had his own business in the insurance industry. He is new to the industry having spent his entire career in the financial services industry (Insurance) with some of the worlds biggest Risk Management and Insurance companies (Aon, Mitsui Sumitomo, Promina Group and RSA). His career has been varied from holding positions as the CEO of his own company to having led global businesses in roles ranging from COO, CFO, Strategy, Portfolio Management and Innovation.
Chief Technology Officer, Asia
Terence joined from Travelport in 2012. He played a key role in FCM Asia business expansion by leading the technology transformation to achieve significant improvements in quality of service, cost reduction and IT operational excellence. Terence is responsible for driving business results through technology in workflow automation and streamlining technology product deployment in Asia.
General Manager, China
Calvin is the General Manager for China and is currently responsible for driving the company’s business in the mainland through strategic and digital transformation, as well as increasing growth in managed travel through new wins and implementation of multinational and national businesses. His career to date spanned 14 years in various finance and strategy positions including audit, tax and treasury, financial reporting, planning and analysis, as well as M&A and organisational transformation.

Global Managing Director
With a depth of experience in the travel industry, Marcus brings a wealth of business, operational and industry knowledge to his role. Marcus oversees the continued development of FCM's global sales, account management and brand strategy. As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
Global Sales Director
As Global Sales Leader, Alex is focused on strategy development for FCM's global sales team. He oversees the global coordination and management of FCM's multinational sales pipeline and works closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen the company's global sales platform and multinational client growth across the network. Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.
Global Account Management Director
Scott has over 16 years in the travel industry and has worked across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before moving into the corporate sector. The Global Director of Account Management role will engage with multi-national clients at all levels to deliver corporate travel solutions ensuring high customer satisfaction, growth and retention. The role is pivotal in understanding our customer’s needs and continuously evolving the travel management offering to add value to clients.
Global Marketing Director
Scott has been in the business travel industry for over 4 years and comes from a string of key marketing positions within the Private Healthcare, International Auctioneers and Charity sectors. Scott is responsible for managing FCM's marketing strategy, global marketing, communication and public relations activity. Scott will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets that we operate.
Global Implementation Director
Shaun’s experience in the travel industry spans more than 15 years, with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. As Global Implementation Director, he oversees FCM’s strategy, processes, and teams from the moment we onboard a customer through to how we service them operationally. Shaun holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia.
Global Product Director
Cesc accumulates more than 15 years of experience designing and managing digital products. Before joining the travel industry, he worked for 10 years years in the video-game industry working as UX designer, product manager and creative director in different start-ups. In 2014, Cesc co-founded Sam :] , the award winning digital assistant that FlightCentre acquired on 2017. Since then, Cesc has been working to apply the same principles that made Sam :] a success to the whole FCM digital experience.
